Course overview: This course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills required for an effective problem solving process by ascertaining and analyzing the causes of problems to determine what can be done to solve and prevent them. The course covers the application of root cause analysis methodology for systemic problem identification, data and process analysis, followed by root cause analysis verification and the recommendation of corrective and prevention actions with its integration to the overall business process of the organization. It consists of lessons, and discussion and is demonstrated with case studies application. Who should attend: Management, Engineers, Technicians, Process Owners, Development and Operations supervisors and personnel, and anyone who wants to improve their ability to solve problem and drive performance improvement thought systemic preventive measures.
